Cranberry-Spice Mocktail

Updated: Nov 4, 2022

Fruity with a spicy-sweet kick, this festive drink proves that even tea-totalers can enjoy a glass of something fizzy and fun this time of year!

This recipe can be made for individual portions or in a larger quantity and served from a beverage dispenser for the perfect hostess holiday punch!

All of these ingredients and quantities are “to taste.” So feel free to customize for what you prefer!

To make this recipe for an individual portion we’ll start with a few ounces of unsweetened cranberry juice in a cocktail shaker.

Next, I’m going to add some of my favorite non-alcoholic spirits from the Seedlip brand. This one is their Aromatic 94 blend and has lovely warm notes of clove, allspice + cardamom and is perfect for this mocktail!

Next, I’m going to add a dollop of honey to taste and a few dashes of ground cinnamon. Return the lid and shake until well mixed and a little frothy. Shake with ice and strain if you prefer your drink with no ice otherwise, add ice to your glass and fill halfway with sparkling or tonic water.

Pour drink mixture into the glass and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

To make this drink in a larger vessel to serve a (sober) crowd, simply combine all of the ingredients and mix well. I’ve found a handheld immersion blender is a great tool to make it all come together. Add ice (and/or frozen cranberries) and serve immediately. Cheers!

Love and Hibiscus Everything,
